Fees and Insurance:

I am a private pay, out-of-network provider. I DO NOT take insurance up front.  Most of my clients are able to be partially reimbursed through their insurance providers.  I take Health Savings and Flex Spending Account payments (HSA/FSAs.) I accept payments through: check, Venmo, and all major credit cards.

The choice to not be on insurance panels is so that I am able to provide treatment without jeopardizing your privacy and have a third party influencing the treatment process. Insurance companies require a formal diagnosis to be recorded in their system, and they often restrict the number of sessions, which contradicts research findings on treatment effectiveness and negates individual differences.  My objective is to provide you with the best care that fits with your individual needs.
